WHERE DO YOU SHIP YOUR PACKAGES FROM?
Packages are shipped from our partner suppliers based in Germany, China, UK and USA.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?
USA: 10 - 30 days depending on where we shipped your package from. Usually the package arrives in less than two weeks. Because of the new import restriction legislations of the US government, some packages might be delayed because of customs processing. NanoBrush is not responsible for any delays occured because of the customs.
EU: 14 - 40 days. In some countries such as Germany and Norway your package might be held at customs, specially if your order exceeds 25EUR. NanoBrush is not responsible for any delays occured because of the customs.
Australia, Canada, New Zealand: 15-40 days.
Rest of the world: 3-6 weeks.
*Notice: The delivery dates are an estimate based on previous shippnig times. NanoBrush is not accountable if your order is delayed due to logistics company (FedEx/USPS/ChinaPost/Local POs) handling time.
WHY DID I RECEIVED TWO SEPARATE PACKAGES AT DIFFERENT TIME?
We work with different manufactories and suppliers, so if you have ordered different products they might come in separate packages.
HOW CAN I CHECK WHERE'S MY PACKAGE?
Please send an email to support@nanobrush.org with 'tracking number request' and we'll provide it to you.
